Will Farrell is doing an HBO special for a good cause in cooperation with Funny or Die and Major League Baseball.
In light of that, the comedian had an amazing day in Arizona going around the state to visit a bunch of professional baseball teams who are currently in the middle of spring training and getting ready for the season.
He ended up playing for 10 different teams and had a chance to play every single position on the field – all in one day! That must be some kind of record. He traveled from diamond to diamond by van and by helicopter and according to the actor, he was able to raise close to $1 million for cancer research.
But he also said that his main objective was to make a squad, and even though he did have one nice play in center field, chances are he won’t make the cut.
