Hugely talented but troubled Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon is in trouble with the league once again. According to NFL sources, Gordon has once again violated the leagues substance-abuse policy.
Gordon is expected to be suspended for the entire 2015 season and might have played his last game with the Browns. And if he is released by the team, it’s hard to imagine any other organization wanting to take a chance on the receiver. Even though he is only 23, Gordon has already been suspended on many occasions.
He was already suspended for the entire 2014 season following a failed drug test. However, a change in the NFL’s substance-abuse policy allowed him to come back to the team after missing 10 games. He was then suspended by the team for the last game of the season after missing team meetings.
According to sources, Gordon tested positive for alcohol, which is a violation of league rules because he already has a DUI charge.
