The Houston Rockets delivered a message to the entire NBA by beating the Cleveland Cavaliers in a thrilling overtime game. They showed that they are definitely contenders this year when it comes to teams that could potentially will a championship in 2015.
And the also showed that they have a bonified star in James Harden. Harden and Cavs leader LeBron James really battled it out, Harden scoring 33 and James 37 in Houston’s 105-103 overtime victory. It even got a little dirty between the two when Harden for a flagrant foul for kicking James in the groin.
And then after the game, Houston tried to ruffle Cleveland’s featers even further, tweeting a picture of Harden with the title “King James,” which is of course LeBron James’ nickname.
Is there a new king in town then? No, not until Harden win a a few MVP trophies and championship rings.
