Steve Kerr was chosen the be the coach of the Western Conference All-Stars in this year’s NBA All-Star Game.

You can’t really say anything bad about that decision. He is currently coaching the Golden State Warriors, who look like a team that can win it all this year. And even though he’s does a ton of work to prepare his team throughout the course of the season, there’s not much to do when coaching the All-Stars.

The All-Star game doesn’t really include much defense at all. If you check out this video of Kerr’s pep talk and plan that he shared with the Western All-Stars before going out on the court, you’ll see that just about anyone could coach a team made up of the world’s best basketball players.

He basically tells them to pass the ball to each other and score some points. Oh really, Steve?
