1. Mitch Richmond (20,497)
The fifth overall pick in the 1988 NBA draft, Richmond was a six-time All Star, five-time All-NBA team selection and was the Rookie of the Year. He averaged 21.0 points per game, had his number retired in Sacramento and was on the cover of NBA Live ’97.
2. Walter Davis (19,521)
Davis’ achievements are eerily similar to Richmond’s – fifth overall pick (1977), Rookie of the Year (1978), six All Star games and a retired jersey number (6, Phoenix).
